Bummed....was in Bad Car Accident

I'm in the hospital with fractured bilateral ribs and exacerbation of disc herniations, neck and back.....of course my question is how long before ill feel well enough to workoout. I'm bruised up pretty bad on one leg......my engine was smashed into the dashboard, plus feel bad that the lady I hit is injured.

Oh my goodness, you shouldn't even be typing! Hope they get you some good drugs. And so sorry that you have to go through this. I hope you and the other lady have a speedy recovery. Worry about rest, recovery, and physical therapy, if needed.

Lora - you are a beautiful, important and incredible person. I've "known" you for a long time (over 10 years now). Stop worrying about getting back and working out. Your workouts will be there when you are ready. Rest, heal, let yourself be. Love yourself. I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you. Many of us are cheering you on. Love to you.
