I've been feeling like I have enough KCM, but if she comes out with a new one aimed specifically at going heavy, I'd probably buy it. Weights is still my favorite of hers.

I'm happy to hear of more lifting DVDs. I'm just not keen on boxing. I prefer her athletic step, floor cardio and weight training.
