I really liked Cardio Pump, especially the hip rolls! So refreshing in a boxing workout! The pump portion was perfect for me as I don't lift heavy anymore and I could easily modify and not be bored.

I'd love a KCM dance workout next!

Somehow I don't see Kelly as the dancing type.

Cardio Pump pyramids is also a winner (loved the cardio). I opted to go music off and use my own since the beat is not needed for this. I can't go heavy yet because I'm just coming back to weights after a long break to let my shoulder heal and I do have to modify the shoulder moves, well by modify I mean completely change them, but what's nice is she starts with shoulder for 3 minutes, then I'm done with them.

I like the format of 3 minutes per body part, and 3 moves per section, no repeats. I also like that there is zero to very little rest between each section, it moves along at a great pace. I did have to pause a couple times to get the right weight for a particular move.

I could see combining the Pump and the Cardio portions on the same day will be a great workout, but I would do Pump first.

Jury is still out on the Circuit dvd, I did it once on a low energy day, so I need to revisit.

I can't remember which workout it is from a few years ago, but there are bloopers of Kelly dancing at the end (she and Sammy are joking around and saying "Go Kelly! Go Kelly!") and since then I've always thought a fun and funky Kelly dance workout with easy choreography would be interesting. Does anyone else remember this? (or is my mind just mush these days?)

You're not imagining that. I have seen the blooper too -- very cute! I think it was Plateau Buster or Cardio Quick Fix.
