I've subscribed to Nate Bower Fitness on YouTube for a little while now and thought I should share here. He has full length follow along boxing workouts, including heavy bag workouts. He is a boxing coach and provides actual boxing instruction and training.

I prefer this type of workout to the much easier to find cardio boxing/kickboxing fitness instructor channels and workouts out there. I know there are some other VFers that share my taste in these types of workouts, so I hope you guys find this useful! I haven't come across much else like this with full workouts -especially using the heavy bag-, so if anyone knows of anything , please share

Thank you! I love the heavy bag for cardio. My favorite bag workout is the tabata bonus on Hard Strikes. I've been looking for something similar and this may be it.

I really like the Precision Striking channel as well, https://www.youtube.com/user/tripleVVV3 but it's mostly boxing tutorials and not workouts. But they have a good app that has intervals where they call out punches/combos, like the Bas Rutten system CDs, so I wanted to add the channel to this thread

I don’t have a bag available at this moment, but definitely will check these channels. Took one-one boxing here a while back and love it.
