That was all the encouragement I needed even though I saw it was posted - thanks Carol! Here are some thoughts I posted in my check in:

Gin's 100 rep workout is mostly large muscle and thus keeps the heart rate up. She works in sets of 25 and unilateral exercises are done 50 reps per side. The exercises are varied each set by changing weights (heavy, med, light, 1.5 lb ankle weights), body position or the actual exercise in the case of shoulders. The pause button was my friend since I didn't preview. Legs are done nice and controlled, smaller muscles seem to have been faster. No warm up or cool down, no dedicated core work. I would do this again. Looking forward to trying her lower body workout.

It looks like a great workout, I'll give it a try! I would love to buy the Kushh step but I can't really justify $195 for it because I barely use the original step.

You can just get the "Kushh! step" for $150 including shipping. I know it isn't much less but it says it uses same blocks/risers if that helps. I really want one. My birthday is coming up (4/25) and hubby said I could get one...so I may!

Happy early birthday Denise.

The Kushh step sounds like an excellent present.
