Who is Still Doing Studio Sweat On Demand Workouts?

I was wondering if Vfers were still doing their workouts. I usually try to do one once a week. I am intrigued my Cat's latest Spin Sculpt, but haven't done it yet. Cat had a similar workout last Spring. I liked it, but found it overworked the shoulders. I just haven't clicked with most of the sculpting workouts on the site.

Who is still doing these workouts?

i'm still using SSOD. Like you, I usually do about one a week. I haven't tried Kats new workout but I previewed it. It looks good. I don't recall it overworking shoulders but I wasn't paying that close attention while it was playing.

I am! I will probably do Cat's new SpinSculpt tomorrow. I LOVE a SpinSculpt. To me, the time really flies with those, and I really tire out all my muscles each time, especially my legs with the spinning + legwork. I also love SpeedSpins and SpinCores. I average 2 to 3 SSOD workouts a week. I have to keep myself from doing more because I don't want to burn out on them. I subscribed in late July when I got my bike. I still can't get over how much use I get out of this subscription. It has truly been worth every penny for me. I also love the instructor replies when I comment. And one more thing - I love all the different music choices with different instructors and how they each have their own unique styles. On a day when I need a real push, I'll do a Cat or Bethany workout, or maybe even a Rebekah or Olga workout. When I want a hard workout but more low key instructing, I choose a Mike workout. Then I have all the others in between that are also super tough. I love them all. I even bought the TRX (haven't installed it over my door yet to try) because they advertised the pink breast cancer awareness one, and I want to try some of their TRXSpin workouts! I am sorry I keep rambling on, but I simply adore SSOD!

Can you come back and post your thoughts on the new spinsculpt workout?

I ended up doing Cat's Spin Sculpt today and enjoyed it. It's perfect for days that you don't want to spend a lot of time on the bike. And the 12 minutes increments was great for my workout ADD. This isn't Cat's most challenging spin, since it isn't that long, but I still got a good workout. The sculpting sessions were decent and worked multiple muscle groups at a time. My quibble with the sculpting, is that she goes too fast so you can't go to heavy. So the sculpting is more for keeping your HR up. She does 12 reps for each exercise and does multiple rounds in the first sculpting section.

The last sculpting section has you doing 30 seconds of each exercise with multiple rounds.

Great workout and one I will revisit.

I have a year subscription with SOD, and I do their workouts every Sunday. I love the pure spin workouts and this is what I've been doing.

Thanks! I think I'll do this one Monday.

I did Cats new spin sculpt today and loved it! I burned 520 cals in this hour long workout. My HR stayed between 150 and 170 the whole time (lower range with weights, upper with spin). I felt like it worked my muscles evenly. The time flew by! I'll definitely do this one again.
