The plan is some spinning this morning, but there's a very comfy cat on my lap so it looks like more online shopping for now

Some yard work or just a walk this afternoon. It's supposed to rain off and on.

This morning I took an online 30 minute walk followed by a 30 minute stretch with Jessica Smith.



This evening I did Bernadette Giorgi Pilates Power Ball Sculpt. It’s a great ab workout. There were about three moves that I couldn’t do with proper form. So glad I found this gem of a workout on one of my thrift store hunts.

Hi-

I haven't posted in a very long time, but with the shelter-in-place, I've rediscovered my old workout collection.

Today was a 30 min walk and also The FIRM Cardio Sculpt Blaster with Lisa Kay.
