Got to do Coming on Strong from her MS Vol. 1&2 (Coming on Strong is Vol. 1).
you can heavy up, although i just used 8# DBs throughout. there are burpees and mountain climbers in the last segment called "Metabolic Finisher". i knew this beforehand because i read the VF review (see link below). i modified these by using a chair (hands on seat of chair instead of all the way on the floor). the dumbbell work is enjoyable some unusual moves but doable. it's 31 min long. http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...ew.php?id=5090
