Question Latest workouts you have Joni-O'd?

I'm really getting burned out on my beloved Leslie Sansone workouts.

In a bid for variety, I put in a old favorite, The FIRM Cardio Step Mix. I was going to do it sans step. I usually skip the Heidi Tanner section at the start as she can't cue her way out of a wet paper bag. I lost heart quickly as my brain is fried.

I Joni O'd it and then tried another oldie, Madeline Lewis' Get Moving: Walking for Weight Loss. I like it and was relieved at decent cueing. She has some good balance moves included.

What have you Joni-O'd lately?

I very rarely Joni-O.

The Firm pump, jump 'n jab however, got yanked in record time.

I ended up doing a Billy Blanks instead.
I dunno if I was just cranky or what. I probably give it another chance soon.

Yeah, this workout is not good- I donated my copy. The Firm has some atrocious kickboxing form in their workouts. I can deal with it when it is a small section of a workout, but an ENTIRE workout, no thank you.

Pop Physique Cardio Butt School...had nothing to do with the attire.. although I can't imagine it was comfortable for them..I just couldn't force myself to do it.

Or keep it.

And if I'm in a lousy mood, I will hold off purging. But I was in a great mood, it was just all wrong for me from the get go.

I recently yanked out Cardio Tool Box by Mindy Mylrea. I use to love this DVD. It annoyed me. I may pack it away along with all my other Mindy's.

Actually this is the one firm workout I have and like. Different strokes as they say.

I recently received Michelle D's One on One set cause I love her workouts. I found the upper body very good but the cardio Strength and Pure Burn cardio were both yanked out at less than 5 minutes in. I just can't stand cardio where the instructor continually changes moves after like 2 reps. I cannot keep up with the changes and get frustrated.

I pulled Firm Calorie Killer out of my Goodwill box today and Joni-O’d it at 20 minutes. Note to self: they’re in the box for a reason.

Thanks for the reminder of "Get Moving". I just did two sections as my evening pick-me-up. Short and sweet, but you can add intensity, if you're in the mood.

I like Cardio Step Mix because it's broken up so much, but there is one instructor somewhere in the middle whose cuing is just awful. Sometimes I skip ahead, and sometimes I just do my own thing until the next section.

Three in one day? That's when I'd give up and say it wasn't meant to be. Did you persevere?

There's a Jane Fonda step workout that was led by someone other than Jane, although she did the intro. It was THE.WORST. Hootin',hollerin', and the blonde woman leading it was just over the top not to mention that she was wearing a bullet bra straight out of the 50s. Just Say No and Joni O.
