I did a Barlates Dynamic Stretching workout. I got into it about 5 min and thought do I want to do this, then before I knew it she was done! Felt awesome. I think I need to do more stuff like this. Then I did a 16 min rebounder one.

Woohoo-actually did Cathe High Step Challenge. I haven’t had the energy to do anything with jumping in a long time. Sometimes also my back can’t handle it. Also did a half hour walk

Cathe Circuit Max but I modified by not using the step and kept it all low impact. Still a good workout for me.
