Cathe's Cardio Legs

I think this one is a lot of fun. I modify it down to low impact and usually don't use weights for the weight exercises, thus its more cardio for me.

Outdoor walk today - did 5 miles on my local paved rails to trails path. My goal was 6 or 7 but ~whine~ I forgot to fill my water bottle and it got hot quicker than I thought it was going to today.
