Bfj, thanks for the review! Sounds different and interesting for sure. Does the whole practice take 15 minutes?

Jennifer Kries' Hot Body, Cool Mind also includes the Five Tibetans.

Yes, I don't know how I could have forgotten this one! Six months ago my friend was telling me how much she loves Jennifer Kries' dvd. Not so much for the Tibetan rites part (which is 9 minutes long on Hot Body Cool Mind Level 1, and 11 minutes on Jennifer's other dvd, Hot Body Cool Mind Waking Energy). But Jennifer's approach sounds fresh and interesting - she doesn't stretch out a few rites to fill up one dvd. Instead she gives you a mix of numerous programs - ballet, jazz, Pilates, the Tibetans, yin yoga and meditation, and waking energy exercises which I think are qigong related. Sounds like an interesting dvd with many stress relieving techniques. My library has one of the Hot Body Cool Mind dvds. I'll have to try it. Thanks for the reminder, Red Panda!

Ravi/Ana's For Beginners and Beyond also has the 5 Tibetans. It's been a while since I've done this video, but it felt like the other kundalini yoga they do.
