I have the 2 dvd sets for her. She is amazing as a add on. Like a Hamelin, Tracy, Mary Helen, Taebo combo.

My favorite is the weighted dance, mat workout and body ball.

Yes the ones I have are. I got the dvd set without the weights because of course i have my own. Got it from ebay about a year ago. but some folks were kind enough to upload them on YT for free.

Including the body ball and mat ones.

Are the DVDs by any chance in English? I actually have a bunch of her stuff saved on youtube. I have to a lot of my workouts on mute, which means easy choreography, and these are perfect.
