My B-Day tradition does not use a DVD, but its still a workout.
Every year for my B-Day (its mid-summer) I go on a hike by myself. I generally some place special to me, or some place I have been wanting to go. I take a lunch of favorite foods, but its still mostly healthy food.
At lunch I take some time to review the past year and what I want to accomplish, etc in the nx year.
Sometimes it doesn’t work out to go on my actual B-day, but I try to make the hike close to the actual date.
