I don't, but now I feel like I should start. Perhaps something old and ridiculous like the original Buns of Steel.

Not usually, but on my 50th birthday I managed all of Ana Forrest's Pleasure of Strength. Hmm I turn 58 in a few days, wonder if I can still do it?

My B-Day tradition does not use a DVD, but its still a workout.

Every year for my B-Day (its mid-summer) I go on a hike by myself. I generally some place special to me, or some place I have been wanting to go. I take a lunch of favorite foods, but its still mostly healthy food. At lunch I take some time to review the past year and what I want to accomplish, etc in the nx year.

Sometimes it doesn’t work out to go on my actual B-day, but I try to make the hike close to the actual date.

Pam - that's what I usually do, is go for a walk in the woods or along the beach, and meditate and reflect.

If I workout on my B-day, its doing a fun cardio workout, usually step. Never a dread workout. For some reason, I remember on my 40th I did Cathe's Boot Camp. It arrived on my B-day and I couldn't wait to do it. That was 12 yrs ago and I really don't know why I remember that, but I do.
