I got a 5lb kettlebell online some years back, for $4.99 I think!

Sugar, how would you compare this set to KBKB, in terms of fun factor and intensity? I am pretty sure there's no martial arts moves in this one, but this set may still be different (and the price right enough) to justify a purchase.

Bubbles, I've never done Kettlenetics, I not even have the set. I was just commenting on the kettlebell, I never saw a 4lb kb but a 5 pounder is very easy to find.

Great deal on the set, Kathleen Ann!

This is so weird that this thread was resurrected - I swear I just thought of it yesterday as I was working out! I remembered I commented about not knocking myself in the head while doing halos with the little KB - then I wondered what happened to RedFlame. And here - 6 years later - the thread reappears!

No I'm not on the check in yet. I just got KBKB and have only done two of them. They are tough. I need to adjust and find a weight that works. My bell is #15 and too heavy for everything but the swings.

I invested in a 10lb bell, which I thought would always be too light. I'm using it for clean and press, quite a bit actually, and 15 for swings, etc. Dasha and her team may be using 12 in the videos. I'm using a smaller DB for Turkish getups. It is a pretty challenging workout. Scorcher is still my favorite out of all of them but I need to finish body and give it a fair chance.
