Puja, I'm using my step, but I've found myself doing an "inventory" of lower platform coffee tables, etc (my kids are wondering what in the world I'm doing when I randomly drop to assess the height ). I'm deciding which long heavy band to order- I wish these were more readily available.

For those with naturally juicy booties, you are an admired bunch. I measure & appear to be fairly hourglass (35-26-35), and even have smaller hips, but darn it if I can't seem to get a pronounced booty. So when I hear about those of you trying to "unjuice," I realize we all have our personal goals, but please realize that you are likely very admired for your assets...

Bubbles: I love the quote, "Embrace the juice" - this would definitely make a memorable signature line!

I know what you mean cause I feel the same. Though I have managed to lift and firm my butt it is bigger now. I want a slimmer lifted look. I know this from trying to find pants that fit.

I thought about my step of course but it's really hard so I was thinking of something a little softer. I do have plenty of booty-for reference my waist/butt is 15" larger than my waist-but my dream is that it won't jiggle when I jump. Which I think is pretty much a fantasy but I'm hoping I can at least improve upon what I have. I'll be scouting out a hip thrust spot this evening....

Hopefully, someone familiar will chime in.
I've been doing weighted glute raises (a la Contreras) from the floor for a few years now. Not super heavy, but heavy for me. I enjoy doing them as they are easier on the knees than squats or lunges.

They have made my pancake butt a tad perkier, but nothing dramatic for all the work I've done. Maybe I'm asking too much at 60 years old.

I do hope they are helping bone mass in my hips and lower spine. I'll find out at my next DEXA scan.

I was thinking the same
