I really like these 2. They are what I kept from *ALL* of the Pure Barres... PB PS1 has side-lying leg work.

that's what looks really good about it. How different is PS2?

I think both TBM and TDM make good slower-paced barre DVDs - but personally (I know, I'm a broken record!) I think The Dailey Method improved my technique waaaaay more. I Jill!

Jill's ab work instruction is particularly good at making you feel the work, which means you can work harder/deeper into your abs. Her ab work improved my Pilates practice quite a bit (and she uses neutral spine, which is much healthier for your back than a flat/imprinted spine).

But I started with TBM, and Burr's form pointers are better than most. I just love TDM a little bit more.

I thought these two were different enough in the lower body work. The upper body work is very similar, but that's the case with most of the PB series...
