Colleen, sorry to hear about your new issue with your foot. But, once again, you are such an inspiration still finding workouts you can do despite your situation. Great job!! Sending quick healing vibes!

T2B, how have you been?? This weather has been the pits!! Hoping for the great weather we had at the beginning of March...next week's temps should be better.

AMD, thanks so much! We were inspired to find a better viewing place of the eclipse on Monday, so that's what started it all! It's a bit of a drive, but should be great! Lot's of walking on this trip, too! Hope I can get some other workouts in, but we'll see...

Hasn't been the best month, but nor has it been the worst. The awful heat/humidity of summer made it hard to muster motivation to get even MORE sweaty. Cooler temps & my birthday in a few weeks is always a good boost to motivation - looking forward to May.

Also, DH (for my b'day) has been putting together custom cupboards for the gym. Replaces 2 cupboards & TV stand/cupboard. Gym will be completely emptied & cleaned before they're installed & should be ready before b'day. Big fresh clean start and will give me more space as well.

Kind of excited about it all - though NOT looking foward to the up/down lugging of all my gear/weights, nor the thorough cleaning of the space, but it'll be worth it.

Helen, I'm also looking forward to May to provide warmer temps! Sounds like your workout area will be getting a face lift - Nice bday present!!

I am feeling good - last week I managed to go through stuff and got 3 totes, 2 boxes, and 4 bags (all packed to the brim) to take to Good Will. I didn't participate in the subdivision garage sales, but I got things gone too, LOL! Feels so good!!!
