Hasn't been the best month, but nor has it been the worst. The awful heat/humidity of summer made it hard to muster motivation to get even MORE sweaty. Cooler temps & my birthday in a few weeks is always a good boost to motivation - looking forward to May.
Also, DH (for my b'day) has been putting together custom cupboards for the gym. Replaces 2 cupboards & TV stand/cupboard. Gym will be completely emptied & cleaned before they're installed & should be ready before b'day. Big fresh clean start and will give me more space as well. Kind of excited about it all - though NOT looking foward to the up/down lugging of all my gear/weights, nor the thorough cleaning of the space, but it'll be worth it. |

Helen, I'm also looking forward to May to provide warmer temps! Sounds like your workout area will be getting a face lift - Nice bday present!!
I am feeling good - last week I managed to go through stuff and got 3 totes, 2 boxes, and 4 bags (all packed to the brim) to take to Good Will.
