Assisted Pullups 3 x 6
Incline dumbbell bench press 3 x 8
Seated dumbbell rows 3 x 6
Sandbag atlas presses 2 x 8
Face pull 2 x 20
Treadmill intervals 25 minutes

Cathe party rocking step premix 3. First time doing this premix. It was fun, and packed in a lot of great cardio in 47 minutes. Love that she has premixed in these that combines the two step workouts.
