Love It or List It - Not OT

I was watching an episode tonight (recorded a week or so ago, but filmed in 2015) - Greg and Rudolpho. Greg said something about an international fitness certification organization and then it showed him training 3 women. One was Gay Gasper!

Of course I immediately started googling and it was Greg Sims - if anyone is familiar with him. The name is familiar to me, but none of the CDs/VHS he's filmed are. One was with Keli Roberts.

They were looking back and showing that the decision made to love it or list it didn't always stick once the show was over. It was fun watching an episode with someone I was actually familiar with.

i love that show. love Hilary and David. have seen a few shows with Todd and Jackie.

i've seen Greg Sims' name here on VF but have never had the chance to try any of his workouts.

when i saw the title of the thread, i thought a client on the show had too many videos/equipment and wanted to figure out how to store it. LOL.

and that person wanted a bigger house, but the spouse said "let's renovate and downsize." that would be me.

Greg Sims was one of the instructors in the URX rebounding series. I got that whole series (still have 'em) and haven't used them much, but IIRC, Greg Sims's workouts were some of my favorites.

I admit I watch a little too much HGTV and Love it or List it is one of my favs. I don't remember watching this episode though. Interesting that you caught that little tidbit about international fitness and figured out who he was!

Very cool! I love the show. HDTV seems to put a lot of them on in a row and if I come across them I end up binge watching for hours.

I was looking up something completely unrelated to fitness, and the HGTV episode that he was in popped up and I realized that he lives here in Raleigh. I had no idea! I even zoomed in on the picture in the article to see if it was the same Greg Sims from the workout DVDs and it was. I still can't recall how the article about his episode came up because I have no interest in house selling/remodeling shows.
