Hey, everyone!!

I am never around anymore. Life So I'm doing my annual random pop in with info I thought should be shared

Anyway, I just resigned up for Leah's Monthly Streaming. She has a cybermonday deal for $7 the first month, if anybody is interested. I think I also saw that she is offering a percentage off of purchased downloads, but I didn't look into that.

Before I signed in, I saw that she now has a row on her site where anyone can go and stream a few videos for free. For anyone wondering if they're interested or totally unsure of what they're like, I think that's an awesome way to see if they like the workouts.

It's the second row. It looks like one workout from her newer stuff and the rest is the basic series from her Periodization I program.

Edit: Ok, I think perhaps you might have to create an account, but you aren't required to buy anything. I feel like I may have been signed in already with an old, inactive account. Let me know what you guys find! Hopefully I didn't mess anyone up too badly!
