Good Morning Workout Friends I just thought I’d share this awesome 30 minute Low Impact Cardio/Toning WO I found on YouTube. I loved it a LOT! The guy leading the WO was great eye candy at 430 this morning. He def woke me up this morning LOL. I would say this WO is intermediate level. You’ll need a medium set of weights for the isolation part of it and a band for the leg portion of it. It’s from the Pop Sugar Channel which I know many of you enjoy. The first part of the work out are compound movements with no weights done 2x then it moves on to the isolation moves for the arms. They used resistance bands I used 6 & 8lb dumbbells and they they use the band for legs work and then it ends with core work and about a 3 minute foam rolling segment which I thought was great!
