Cathe’s Premixes

I know this is a lot to ask but does anybody happen to have a list of cathe’s Premixes that are between 20-25 minutes. It can be any Cathe workout. Weight training, cardio or metabolic. I have Cathe on demand so I have access to all her workouts. Thanks and much appreciated.

There is a Cathe Compendium out there that has them listed. I'll check around VF and see if I can find it.

Here's one compendium. (This one only has info through her ICE series.)

Here's another one which was compiled by a different individual so it's organized differently (and is more up-to-date) which may appeal to you.

Neither have premixes arranged in order of length, so you'll need to go through and just see which ones fit the length you're looking for.

(Is there not a feature in OnDemand where you can arrange, specify or sort by workout/premix length?? That seems like something that would be really useful/helpful and wise of them to include...)

No Fit Tower or RWH in there as I haven't put them into log yet - lost a lot of entries and in process of redoing them (didn't backup regularly enough)

Also, ICE isn't ALL in there either - that's where I'm up to redoing them.

May be others missing - not sure.
