I got us started because I'm looking for something and throwing a Hail Mary pass at y'all to see if it's out there:

I would like Miranda Esmonde-White's Aging Backwards 2 workout dvd. This came as a set for donating to PBS. I am NOT interested in the documentary that came with it, although if I have to take the documentary to get the workout dvd, I can compromise.

Fat Burning with Jen Carman and Stacy Milner-Collins
Abs, Buns and Thighs with Stacy Milner-Collins

These seem to have disappeared off the face of the physical media Earth ;] relatively recently.
