Yep! It seems to me you have access to everything. I'm not sure if the DVDs are streamed on here, though. I never checked.

I signed up for the trial. I like that the Iron Barre workouts cover total body 3 days a week, and that's probably all I have time for now. I hope this venture is successful for her.

I am looking forward to reviews on the newer workouts.

I think the yearly in particular is a fantastic deal. But I own nearly all the previous content already, as downloads, and I’m going to wait a little while until there are more new workouts. Plus I’m in the middle of trying some other things. When I start Iron barre I want to focus on just those plus Pilates and a little cardio for a few months.
