Talking Leah Sarago's Iron Barre Streaming is Up!

Here is the link: https://leahsaragofitness.vhx.tv

$15/month or $135/year.

She says there are 3 new workouts already and there will be 3 new workouts a week.

On top of that, you get access to all of her old Ballet Body stuff, which is a huge library of workouts, and [I think] she mentions that her periodization plans will be there, as well (basically rotations for all her stuff).

There is a 7 day free trial.

I truly love her stuff, even though I'm still a wimp at them.

Edit - I got most of this info from the trailer - so if I got something a little wrong, I apologize.

There's something about that trailer that brings to mind Tracie Long's newest Studio workouts. Or maybe it's just that they have a similar physique.

I'd love to be able to do this, lol. It's a good value, for sure, when you consider all the Ballet Body content. But it's soooo far above my current ability level. Maybe someday...

Agreed!

I'm wondering if she has different length workouts, and something for the beginners?

Most of the workouts in her library are between 10 - 20 minutes, so you can put together any length you want. I'm also a super wimp right now, so most people aren't like me.

She has an entire Basics series - which is a great introduction to her workouts and she uses that for the beginning of her Periodization I rotation.

Can anyone tell me what the 3 new iron barre workouts are? Upper body? Core?I know there is a 7 day free trial, but I never remember to cancel them if I don’t like them!

One is upper body, one is lower body and one is core. They are all under 20 minutes long. I only previewed them and the core one looked a lot like Ab Tightener (which I love) and you use a weight plate to intensify the moves.

What I didn't like about it, is it is basically a few moves that you repeat for 3 sets. There was a lot of repeating (at least in the upper body one that I previewed). There was also no bicep work.

Thanks Sue! I tried the lower body YouTube one today. I liked it.

I used to be able to do a lot of her Ballet Body content...but the last couple of years has been chaotic with teenagers, then I got a new full-time job, then we decided to sell our house and move into another, so my exercise program has been sporadic for a good while. But I SO want to get in this kind of shape again.

Right now I'm doing Suzanne Bowen's easier stuff (Flat Belly Barre), some Ruah's, and Leah's Prenatal workout, to get back into this style. Unfortunately we're still unpacking so 30 minutes a day is about all I can spare. I hope that I'll be able to move to doing parts of the Ballet Body DVD's again in a month or so.

With the streaming, do you get access to all her previous Ballet body segments that were downloadable?
