Rec's for Slower Moving Vinyasa Flow Yoga? DVD or Youtube Please?

Hi,

Okay, I may have asked this a ways back. I have a lot of advanced yoga that I can no longer keep up with (well...just starting back at cross-training vinyasa flow and Hatha in with my Kundalini practice). I used to enjoy Shiva/Eion....and all the fast movers in my younger years....but now that I'm older, injured, etc.....I need slower moving....at least until I try to see if I can regain my quickness.

I don't like the one's where you actually move so slow that you would fall asleep and I do enjoy the Vinyasa's ....just please give me some time to breathe and flow, enjoy the stretch, pose for a moment or so before you move on ....yikes.

I so love Tara Stiles ...but she does the same thing...except I found her Weight Loss and Balance DVD (Yoga transformation with Deepak Chopra) to be a really nice pace.

Help please?

thanks...lora

My newest favorites on YouTube are Five Parks Yoga and Shima Flow Yoga. They both have nice flows that don't move overly fast.

I'm a huge fan of Lisa Richards who has downloads available on www.yogadownload.com. I only have her audio downloads and of those, only Solar Flow moves at a faster pace. I just did her Hip Opening Flow yesterday and did her Detox Flow today -- both are ~60 mins and wonderful because of the deliberate pace and excellent sequencing.

I second that, it's a classic for a reason.

I found a you tube channel called "Alo Yoga." It looks like it has a lot of flow practices. I haven't watched them yet to check if they are slow or not, though.

The you tube channel "Yoga Upload" has plenty of flow practices:

The yogadownload site offers free video guides to doing the poses, if anyone is interested.
