One key thing to note about this study was that the participants were sedentary before the study began. So it's very possible that they attained different results than long-time, regular exercisers (i.e., many VFers).

I actually like some interval training, but my problem is that high impact affects my knees, so I have to stick with the low impact cardio versions such as Cathe's Low Impact Hiit workouts.
