Yoga...when I finished my yoga workout this morning I felt strong yet blissfully rejuvenated and asked myself "why don't I do this everyday?!"

Kettlebells! Cardio and strength in one workout using only one prop and a small amount of space.

This is a tricky question for me! I can't pick just one, and here's why. They all have their benefits and place in my weekly workout rotations.

Weight training: I love this the most. I build muscle to increase my strength and metabolism, and love the feeling when I'm lifting weights. It makes me empowered!

Circuit/AWT: Second choice. I get both cardio and strength in one workout, saving time and giving me two workouts for one.

Pilates: I love Pilates for what it does to my whole body, not just my core. It also stretches me out, and feels good. Plus, it also makes my back feel better.

Yoga: Great for building strength and flexibility, as well as calming my mind.

Barre: Nice cross training option to my traditional weight training, and I love the stretching you do throughout the class. Barre also hits the smaller muscles traditional weights neglect.

Cardio: I enjoy dancing, step, and kickboxing. Also walking in the spring and summer months. I prefer steady state, low to medium impact cardio (not all high) as well as intervals. I'm not much into HiiT or Tabata, but YMMV.
