Tuesday, February 4th Workouts!!!

Started Week 11 by combining the first two workouts of the week.

XTrain Chest, Back and Shoulders w/u & Rounds 1 -4
XTrain Tabatacise w/u 1, 2 & 5 and cooldown

STS Legs Meso2 W1 (1 Hr 7 min)
This was one tough workout! Loved it though!! My grip was losing it by the end of the workout with my 40 LB DB's!

Paul Katami Burn and Build

My first time using a kettlebell. A 10-pounder. I went at a little slower pace. I need to work on this one. I could love this someday! However next time I may use a dumb bell.

I'm really struggling with restarting. I have to be really gentle with myself.

Today I did Method Precision Sculpting with Jennifer Kries. I'm find it really hard to work out on these cold mornings because I keep the thermostat low at night, so the house is cold when I get started.
