Help with stretching
So tonight I was trying to do Tamilee’s stretching workout and I had my hands on my thighs just above my knees when suddenly a golden retriever head pushed its way in and instead of my hand being on my thigh, it was on the retriever’s head. Then I was standing with my hands on my hips and suddenly there was a Labrador head poking through my right arm. 😁

your adorable dog is saying "hey, i can assist you with that." i googled "yoga with your dog" and there's lots of photos people posted! my cat is similar. the ONLY time she has to be around me is when i am doing yoga on the floor or when i bring out The Firm Transfirmer.

The lab is so funny - if I’m standing outside he will walk over and stick his head between my legs and just stand there. I keep joking that someone is going to see us and say, “Hey lady - you’re too big to be riding that dog!”

They checked your form and made adjustments so you could get the maximum enjoyment out of your stretch. Those are good doggies
