Thank you, both, for your replies. I might end up getting both of the workouts, we'll see. I know there isn't much difference in the length of workouts. But when you are running late and need to get to bed, the 6 minutes may make a difference between getting some yoga in or not.

Diana, I totally support the idea of getting both the DVDs. The AM segment of the AM/PM is one of my lifetime most-used yoga segments. If you were deciding between the two, then the AM Week is the better value, but getting both is clearly the best vidiot answer.

If you are interested in super short yoga videos, check out Sara Ivanhoe's "Taste." I don't have it for that reason - five minutes is too short for me, but I love her DVDs - she's a wonderful instructor: http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...oes-taste-6305 This DVD has 10 4-6 minute programs plus some put together for a longer sequence. I'm a huge fan of her DVDs. Her "Candlightlight Yoga" was my first exposure to her, and a wonderful introduction.

Only two or three of the short segments on "Taste" are bedtime/relaxing yoga. That said, I do like the DVD.
