Monterey vidiot that rotation looks good. I got a good look at myself in the mirror this weekend (changing rooms) and I am desperate for a change. Not only visually, but I want to feel good physically. I've noticed new knee and foot differences (on top of the occasional indigestion) and I don't want to risk further damage to myself due to lack of willpower and weight.

I am bad at sticking with a rotation but I hope I can this time. I am going to try and remember all of the success stories people have posted and hopefully I will stick with it. Maybe I can finally have my own success story.

Tina T, I feel your pain. I am so bad with sticking with rotations. I usually only last 3 weeks. Plus, I don't stick with eating changes and I get discouraged by the lack of change as a result.

Maybe you can pick it up again. Maybe we will have positive results in six weeks!

I love Sin6, SS, and the Express workouts. I was recently in contact with Debbie and asked her if she would be creating any new similar workouts. She said she would love to, but it pretty much is all in Carl D.'s hands at Beachbody. She said if people want more from her, to let him know. I e-mailed him through the BB site.

I did complete the rotation, April 29 through May 25. My weight fluctuates b/t 130-135 no matter what. I started at 132.5 & ended at 135. (This week I'm 132.5.) I didn't get any results that I could see, but this sure was a lot of exercise!

Thanks! That is true. I was looking at old journals recently. Before Supreme 90 Day in 2011, I weighed around 150.
