Ditto that. I have arthritis in both knees and an injured left knee. I can handle squats and hover squats with no more than 20lb.
Plie squats are out of the question and I have completely banished all forms of lunges from my life.
I do 90% of my lower body toning on the floor. I really hope will be able to use some portion of the STS legwork but I'm thinking not much.
Prior to my injury, I could do 14" leg presses holding weights with no problem, now, I can only handle 8" leg presses with no weights and am slowly trying to work my way to 10" then hopefully 12" down the road. I do not foresee being able to do 14" again absent some medical miracle.
