one more difference - I'm pretty sure Slim in Six uses only tubing (with handle). Slim Series may use some tubing but mostly weights - 3 or 5 would be enough as it's high rep!

If you do the Slim Training rotation, I would rate them advanced. Like others, I got sick trying to follow it. That was when they first came out and I was a lot younger then. So I wouldn't do that rotation now.

I wouldn't do the rotation anyway since the music is bland and the workouts are similar. I do like them when I just add them once in awhile. Each workout is advanced except for the stretch one. But I don't think they are tougher than Tonique or some of Cathe workouts. So there are different degrees of advanced workouts.

I use 3-10 lb. weights with them, e.g. a pair of 3 lbs. for certain shoulder exercises but 10 lbs. for back.
