Yes, but my experience has been similar. I would like to believe its an exact science, I really would...that would eliminate having to experiment or face getting opposite results than what I'm after. Unfortunately, body weight exercise does bulk me & then that muscle with the fat layer on top is VERY resistant to any change in my attempts to shrink it down. I have yet to really enjoy the lithe ballerina limbs I so desire (sigh)
