Thanks for posting that, Christine!
I guess I'll have to do something different on Cardio Sculpt days, otherwise I have
-Cardio Core
- Burn it up
- Slim& limber (for stretch days)
- Slim & six pack for abs
and I'll throw in thin thighs guaranteed to the mix.
I should be getting Mix it Up soon.

So we start tomorrow morning with our check-in!

you might consider "Keep It Up" which was an add-on to Si6 but not really a part of the SS set.

i like all of the workouts in SS and you can get them in singles at pretty decent prices on Amazon. i also have Si6 and KIU.

as far as SSX - i have them but never got into them. i had always hoped SSX was going to be more intense or shorter versions of SS. but i guess that's why they have Si6. if i want a HiRep/LoWt workout with less minutes, i just do the Si6 workouts.

They are only available from Amazon.com, and shipping to me (Germany) costs $12 for each dvd. Kind of shoots the price up there...
Oh well!
I read the reviews on Yayas and I think I can do without Keep it up. It sounds very much like the other workouts on Sin6, so I've picked some that sound like they add variety and will start with that, see how it goes.
