Barre Workouts - Quads vs Hamstrings and Glutes

Can someone please give me an idea of which barre workouts are quad intensive, which are glute and/or hamstring intensive, and which are a balanced blend? Thanks.

I am just getting into the bar style workouts myself and would love to hear the answer to this.

I love Barre workouts, sometimes they do get too quad intensive for my tastes.

Some ideas:

- Quad intensive: Physique 57, Pure Barre original
- Almost no quads - Classical Stretch Arms/abs, Hips and Butt, Tracy Anderson Mat
- Balanced - Bar Method CYB and Accelerated, Callanetics, Ruah

Karen Voight's new barre workout is not heavy on quads at all--a big reason I really like it. It is also easy on my knees, perhaps for that reason (not quad intensive).

I would say Squeeze is Quad Extensive {all 3 variations, but there are some hammies}.
Leah Sarago's workouts is equal balance. even if the workout is "quad focus" she'll do the reverse for balance

Pure Barre Pershing Square 2 has some nice hamstring work with the ball.

P57 is quad intensive and is the reason I don't reach for it. My quads get built up if I overwork them.

Thanks, everyone! The only ones I have of the ones you've mentioned are the Ruahs. I really appreciate your input because I'm looking for a balance either within a workout or with one workout that balances another one out. So this is great information.

I've been doing Bar Method CYB and Accelerated for over a year and I find them to be slightly more quad intensive than balanced. The quanity of quad vs. glute work may not be higher, but intensity of the quad work is greater than that of the glute work.
