01/24/2021 - Day 35:

I began working through Lee Holden's Tao Yin program on Glo. Last night was Awaken Your Qi in the level 1 program. After completing it I'll go through program 2 instead of delaying and falling off again.

01/25/2021 - Day 26:

Very tiring day, work and then errands. I tried a Gopi Kallayil meditation to ease into sleep but apparently I needed no easing, I was out before my head hit the pillow!

Pat, is that a person? Looks like someone by that name is the "Chief Evangelist" at Google.

The Ten Percent Happier New Year Meditation ended, so I have been trying to mix in some other things; yesterday I did something from Calm. Today I think I'm going to do Yoga with Tim's pranayama practice - maybe I'll do that after lunch.
