Those two "Pick Your Level" videos are also great for restarting! I like them both.

Yes, I have PYL Pilates too! It's a nice light workout.

YoBoBr has the 2 you mentioned, and the third is a circuit workout, which is really good too.

Here are her WW workouts - of the 3, I've used Next Move the most.
Next Move (5, 20-min workouts):

Start Getting Healthy (1, 30 min workout):

Ready Set Go aka "Fun Simple Moves" (1, 32 min workout):

bzar, thank you so much! I was not familiar with Ready Set Go or Getting Healthy. Got the former in today's mail and "fun simple moves" was a real day-brightener.

Bzar, can you tell me more about her WW workouts, specifically Next Move? I’m all about 20 minute workouts these days. Thanks!

ok - i have to locate it - i keep my notes inside of the DVD case.

in the meantime, I just did Start Getting Healthy and the Cardio is 22 min and Toning is 20 min. Both can be separately accessed, or you can do a "Play All" to do all 3 segments (Cardio, Toning, Balance/Flexibility).

i'll be doing the Balance/Flexibility later today, and i believe it's 20 min. when i first bought this, i wrote down the durations of the segments but hadn't gotten around to doing all of them.

The Cardio and Toning is good. Cardio - it's all Hi-Lo, with big movements; no burpees! Toning - i did it with 8# weights and got a decent workout.

will post back regarding Next Move. (and also Ready Set Go/Fun Simple Moves).

I've had Next Move for I don't know how long, finally did a chapter, Total Body Toning. I used 5 lb weights. Broke a sweat and it's cold here. Loved it! I rolled my eyes when Michelle said we were going to do all the moves again -- but it wasn't a repeat, it was a more advanced version of the moves.

I have Michelle's Pick Your Level dance cardio workout - can't remember the exact name, but it was all aerobics. I loved it, but had no idea she had this one as well! Just bought it.

the Balance/Flexibility segment is 20 min and is mostly standing (14 min) and 6 min on the floor. standing is nice - it's sort of a standing workout with large-limb moves with a focus on balance. there's a few squats and plies thrown in. you also do several arm and leg extensions with the goal of stretching in opposition and engaging your core, all while maintaining your balance.

the floor moves include ab work - not full-on crunches, but more like leaning back and feeling your core engage. leg work is similar - lifting and lowering your legs to engage your core.
