Michelle Dozois new DVD!

Michelle just announced she's releasing a new DVD. 6 ten minute workouts. 2 cardio HiiT segments, upper body, lower body, core and flow/release. Oddly, I think you do your own warm up. I'm so happy she's doing a DVD or download. I'm in!

Sounds good. I was hoping she would come out with a yoga dvd, too. She said in an email she was getting training in yoga.

Wow! That's interesting--I seem to recall that Michelle said she wouldn't do any more DVD format--she was moving to all streaming. I'm glad to hear it since I'm not yet convinced that streaming is the way I want to go at this point. Thanks for the info!

I just ordered. So excited she is offering DVD format! There is a 20% discount for a limited time, so regular price is $20ish. Shipping was $5.00, so with the discount and shipping, the total is back to $20. I believe the available date is August 22.

I too am glad to see Michelle is still making DVD's! While I can utilize both formats - DVD and downloads (Internet too slow for streaming) - I lean towards a DVD purchase - if for no other reason to encourage instructors to continue releasing workouts in the DVD format!

Oooh, thanks for letting us know! This looks really good, I think all portions of this would be good. Though weird about the no warm-up. I would typically order the DVD, but it looks like premixes are on the download, and this *is* one I could see using for travel a lot, and since there is a decent amount of savings on the download . . . I don't know . . . . decisions, decisions.

I think it's odd to that she doesn't do a warm up but has one on paper. Really? You still can't go wrong with a Michelle dvd. When she says limited dvds, I wonder what that really means. I know she is quick to go to downloads.
