I'm so glad so many of you are enjoying The Fitness Marshall. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his workouts!!! I subscribed to his YouTube site and he is great about adding new videos too. It always amazes me that his products are free too

I bookmarked The Fitness Marshal a while ago and can't wait to try it as my cardio. Since is all depending on my mood with steady cardio, I hope to use him soon. His product is my perfect dance workout because use my music preferences.
