Most stability ball routines ignore how wonderful it is just to sit on a stability ball and bounce. After a bad bout of Plantar Fasciitis, I learned I could do almost everything I do on a bungee rebounder while sitting on a ball. I still do about 20 minutes a day of sitting and bouncing, sometimes right in front of my laptop playing a routine with good music and tweaking the moves as I go.
Great joint friendly cardio.

Bouncing on a stability ball is great for the lymphatic system

Nice article but do not understand having an upper limit of 5 minutes
I mean there is not an upper limit of 5 minutes for rebounding as far as I know and have been bouncing on a ball and rebounder much longer than 5 minutes at a time for over a decade.
