It's just pot luck when I come across something new! think their communication could be better. Having said that, I love the workouts.
I think you can browse the site with this link

Hope this helps!

No problem! I currently have an active subscription but don't use it as much as I'd like. I got the 65$ a year deal she had late last November. She has added quite a bit of content and I think it's great value for that price.
I did one of the "Strong" workouts last week, an 8 min standing abs sequence and I really liked it.
My current faves are House Party and Young at Heart. I did the HIIT one and ending up hurting myself. LOL.

Reviving an old thread

~~OLD THREAD ALERT~~

Misty had arrived in LA and was getting ready to film her newest workout video. Before she started filming she needed to get a negative covid test. However, she tested positive. She has had to postpone her shoot until the end of the month.

I feel sad that she has covid, but she's in good spirits. Her symptoms are mild thus far, some congestion and loss of taste. I am all for whatever she has in store to film, when she is well enough to start filming. She didn't detail what the workout was going to be, but she did say workout video. To me, that means she might still be offering dvds AND it will be new content.

Talking

She had posted on Facebook that she is doing a workout with oldies and Motown music. I would think they would have to be cover versions.

That would be fantastic! I like her original music, but Motown is Motown
