T2B, we went to see The Invisible Man over the weekend too! IT IS FABULOUS!!! Yes, it definitely has you hooked 2 minutes in as it is SOO suspenseful!! The sound effects--they were horrifying!!! It has its' plot holes, for sure, but this is one of the best movies I've seen in a while. Elizabeth Moss does an incredible job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!


Good luck to all this month!! It sure is spring-like here yesterday and today! (63* yesterday!!) 'In like a Lamb', it has been!!

AnMrsDe - yes, great movie, you could hear a pin drop in my theater, everyone was super engrossed. I agree about some of the holes but just rolled my eyes. One scene was so unexpected/shocking that I laughed inappropriately. I’ve been a fan of Elizabeth Moss, the actor, since her Mad Men days. Did you ever see Knives Out? Did you see the trailer for Blood Shot, Vin Diesel? My DD commented that the trailer appeared to show the whole movie.

Can you believe it’s March already? I’m looking forward to school kids being on spring break so that I don’t have to deal with school traffic in the mornings.

AsSweet - if you’re reading, you’re missed. I hope bex is ok and maybe bsbznmom will join us again soon! Hope athompson and mrslightyear are doing alright too!

clerkin - still saying prayers for baby Kian

tammie - don’t know if you read back here but you made me remember that I have both Step Till You Drop workouts. I stopped doing step years and years ago but Cathe has re-sparked my interest in step.

Hi, ladies. I'd like to join you guys because our Cafe checkin dwindled off.
It was the first day of a new school term, and that is always nuts. I did a one mile dog walk because DH is back east for training again. Then I did Firm - Wave Rock it Off.
T2B, I'm looking forward to Spring Break so I can regain some sanity - I am a high school counselor

Cher That’s great that you your biopsies are clear! And it looks like your hip is improving too. How did you like Imax4? I realize that I really miss the great music in older step workouts and it makes me a little sad. These days I play my own a lot but you can’t really do that with a step workout.

Clerkin I’m keeping you and your family in my prayers. I know it’s a long haul

AnMrsDe I’ve been tempted by that RiptFit set before. I know that it’s been discounted during flash sales but I haven’t caught it. It looks very metabolic and the length is great to add something else on.

Dorothy and Char I keep meaning to try a Gina workout. I have to leave myself a note in the basement. She looks like fun and the music is good!

Chrys You’re more welcome! I’m sorry your check in petered out.

TB2 and AnMrsDe I really love Elisabeth Moss. Have you watched Top of the Lake? She’s fantastic in that too but I did enjoy season 1 better than season 2. Season 2 seemed like it was missing episodes or something, it was really edited in a strange way. Also she was good in Us which I’m pretty sure is on HBO now.

Jane, I really enjoyed the step combos of IMAX 4....so much so, I’m thinking of maybe doing it again today. I agree about the music in the old step workouts.....it was a lot better then but I usually eventually get used to the new stuff if I do a workout enough....except that music in the step workout from Cathe’s LIS series. I dislike it so much that I rarely ever do that step workout. Blech!

Clerkin, I have also been still saying a prayer for baby Kian. I hope he is doing okay.

Dorothy and Char, I like Gina’s workouts too but it’s a hassle for me to do Youtube videos.

Hi, ladies. Yesterday Jethro (our dog) and I did a walk. I've had a huge headache all day today, so it will be a rest day.
Cher, I don't think I've tried the Imax workouts yet.
Jane, I agree, the music was great in the older step workouts.

Dancing queen your post is so colorful! Is that for your recordkeeping?

AnMrsDe I think people forget how important rest is and that's cool how you listened to your body and it responded. The title "manmaker" made me laugh... I'd love to tell my husband I did the manmaker workout
