What are your favorite workouts to modify for the rebounder?

So the title says it all. What are you favorite high impact workouts to modify for the rebounder? And what are your favorite rebounding youtube channels?

This is an older, British workout I discovered that works very well being modified to the rebounder. If you like longer workouts. It finishes with a low weight/hand weight section somewhat reminiscent of Tracy Anderson's Mat Workout and a lower body workout and stretch.

Hint: You have to go about 3 minutes into the video to get to the workout.

What Barb said--almost any walking workout, I jog on the rebounder instead.

High impact drills like plyometrics--P90X is the one I use most often for this

FIRM high impact segments

jump rope workouts

Anything too jumpy, I do on the rebounder.

Any workout that has a lot of high impact, I do most of the impact moves on the rebounder. I have done some of the Virtual Active Hikes on the rebounder and some Sufferfest track workouts on the rebounder. Insanity was a great workout to do on the rebounder. When Cathe does tuck jumps, I do them on the rebounder When LeKfit gets off the rebounder to do dancier moves, I stay on the rebounder and do the moves on it.
