I've been noticing that working on posture has instantly decreased pain for me in those areas that you mentioned.

The Stretch Workout Plan contains a number of stretching routines - full body, lower, upper, etc., for all levels. It's a self-published book, no pretty pictures, but it is cheap.

I love this one. Haven't done it in a while. Thanks for reminding me about it.

You've gotten some great suggestions, above. I just wanted to add that I dedicated one day per week to stretching or yoga (sometimes pilates falls on this day, if I haven't done it lately) a few years ago, and it was definitely worth it. At 56, I'm at my most flexible and feel pretty good in my body. I also add 5-20 minutes of stretching to my w/o's (except on my flexibility day), emphasizing whatever parts were worked. And I never miss an opportunity to stretch my hamstrings and quads if I'm standing around somewhere. Hey, it might look funny, but not too many people laugh at an old lady who can bend over and touch the floor! That might help to ease your lower back tightness, too.

Also, Karen Voight's Pure and Simple Stretch is a good one.Hth!

Karen Voight's Yoga Focus is 24 min. I also like some 10 min stretches - Quick Fix has 2 yoga for spinal stability, Jennifer Galardi's stretch on Ballet Body, and the stretches on the 10 MS pilates workouts.

Tracie Long's recent releases have wonderful 30 minute mobility routines. They are some of the most used DVDs in my collection! Really nice mix of stretching and mobility work.
