I have peripheral neuropathy and health bouncing (staying close to the mat) is the safest cardio I have found, besides being fun and gentle on the joints.

Just listen to your body and discover what kind of bouncing feels good.

I love my Bellicon! I did get the 49” with extra strong bungees, and I pretty much just do Leslie on it. I love doing the HIIT Radio Remix, Party Songs, and the Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles, they are all very adaptable. When she does side steps or grapevines, I do jumping jacks, which are awesome to do on the rebounder! The double side steps, I do the criss-cross jumping jacks (where my arms and feet cross in front and then out.) When she does the step forward and tap, I do scissors. On the HITT I do the high knee jog and I am able to keep up with them (my jumping jacks and their side steps do not match, but that’s ok!)

Have fun!
