They sound good but the workouts are way too long for me. I don't have an hour to workout. This is good because I really don't need another new set.

I think someone here said that Metashred Extreme was not as strength focused as she wanted. But 2Lazy4theGym is saying that it is pretty strength focused. Or am I reading the review wrong?

I did Lower body 2 today for about 40 min and it was hard. Very simply, but slow and 2 min each move. I felt it. My legs and butt were on fire. Mtn climbers in between, and not much rest at all. BJ is great.

Bubbles, I'm quoting these from 2Lazy4theGym's review:

Quote:
First, it is a collection of 8 muscle split workouts: 4 lower body workouts and 4 upper body workouts. In addition, these are all cardio + strength workouts. Yes! He alternates the strength work with cardio bursts–even in the upper body workouts!
Quote:
For me, the strength workouts are exactly the way I like to workout. Muscle splits that group the entire upper body or the entire lower body into an hour long workout–with cardio included.

Thanks Sugar! Maybe the VFer thought it would be more strength based, as in no cardio. It sounds pretty good to me as a cardio/strength.

You're welcome! I thought the same thing. It sounds good to me too, and I love BJ and all the Men's Health workouts I've tried so far. I wonder if it is anything like JNL or RWH.

I'm just adding that my butt is very sore today. BJ delivers.
