I just noticed on the additional AB workout that came if you ordered the Les Mills set (The one called Les Mills Core) it has "New Team Beachbody Exclusive DVD" on the cover. It is being sold separately for $19.95 also. Maybe this is the new thing with BB packages?

I had never noticed the "exclusive" bit before, but as I previously mentioned I don't do separate ab workouts. Just previewed it for the first time this morning (had it since mid-January), but I am putting on the trade list and wanted to make sure it was glitch free.

SAAAWWWEEEETT! My set is at home waiting for me!!!!! Yes, I am feeling sick, and I will go home early, but not until 3:00pm

I will try and preview tonight. I have 8 13 year old girls coming over for a slumber party, so I can't make any promises!

I think a bunch of 13yo girls is the perfect testing ground for this set - you should let them try it, lol.

OK, I received it and did the 20 min HIIT. I it. Keep in mind, I don't like cardio, so it was perfect for me. The music was good - Pink "Raise Your Glass" was in there. For some of the moves it wasn't really music but the lightning sound. Some of the moves are reminiscent of TJ and some of TF.

All in all I really enjoyed it. Chalene is typical Chalene - so if you haven't liked her in the past you won't here.

I'm looking forward to trying the 25 min one and if I get a chance tonight I'll preview the stretch and see if it's any different than the one from the TF set.

I'm pleased as punch with my purchase.

Sue - Is it really low impact as it claims to be?

Yes. My feet never left the ground. A few lunges & squats. You really get low, but no impact.

Thanks for reporting back! Just curious -- did the set come with the ab workout?

The only information I was able to get from Beachbody, even through their coaching network is that the Ab Ingniter DVD was originally scheduled to be released with everything else, but there was a delay. It will be available in the next 7-10 days. I did not get an answer on whether or not it will be shipped to those who ordered the Starter Pack. As soon as I know more, I'll let you all know.
